Is the website secure to use my credit card ?
Yes, our website is secure, your credit card information is not stored on our website/database. We have added an SSL( secure socket layer) cert to the website and we use Stripe as out payment gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in- class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

Do you deliver to countries outside of Ireland?
Unfortunately we only deliver to the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom, free of charge by courier. However we do have plans to expand our deliveries in the near future.
What happens when I place my order?
Firstly, thank you for your order we are a small company and appreciate the order and the trust you placed in making the order. When you place the order on our website, you should receive an e-mail confirming the order and outlining the details of the order you placed.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We try our best to ensure you receive your order within 5-7 working days of placing the order, depending on the product ordered. But sometimes the order could be late due to circumstances outside our control. When the order is shipped to your delivery address you will receive an e-mail/text advising you when the ordered will be delivered at your address. If your doesn’t arrive after 7 days please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will investigate why the order is late.
How is the Product sent to my address?
Your product is sent by courier and packaged in to ensure the product arrives secure and in the same condition it leaves us.
What happens if my order is lost by the courier?
In the unlikely event that the order is lost by the courier I will send out a replacement order as soon as the courier company confirm the order is lost.
What if the product arrives damaged or broken?
We pride ourselves in making sure the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, however if the product arrives damaged or broken during delivery we are more than happy to refund your credit card or send out a replacement. Please just take a picture of the damaged product and email me the photo and I will arrange a courier to collect the damaged product.
What if I don’t like the Product, can I return it?
Yes of course, we are more than happy to refund you if you are not happy with the product. Just send the product back to us in the same packaging and we will reimburse the cost (excluding delivery). Just send an e-mail to email@example.com and let me know that you are returning the item. I will send you a returns form and the address to send back the product.
As soon as we receive the item we will refund your credit card and this may take 3-5 working days before you will see the refund on your statement.
When can I return my product?
We can only accept returns with 7 working days after you received the product. We are a small company and don’t have the resources of the bigger companies, however if there is a valid reason you could not return the product within the seven days please e-mail me and I will try to facilitate your request. After all we are only human and we understand the pressures of life.
What should I do if I am happy with the product?
